We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED products. We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, feel free to contact us.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@lecolla.com. Please note that the return address will be provided by our support team once you meet the return policy conditions. If the product has a quality issue, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for free.

Notes:

  • Please do not return any orders for uncommunicated reasons.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Customers should pay their own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not a quality-related issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
